Live Video Behaviour Consultations Now Available for Dog Owners in Saigon and Across Vietnam (Excluding Hanoi)

I’m pleased to announce that I’m now offering live video consultations to support dog owners in Saigon and other locations across Vietnam (excluding Hanoi). These sessions are ideal for those who need help with their dog’s behaviour but may not have access to a trusted and experienced behaviour specialist locally.
Video consultations can be used to address a wide range of behavioural concerns, including reactivity, aggression, separation anxiety, toilet training, lead pulling, excessive barking, and more. Whether you’re dealing with a long-standing issue or need support with a newly adopted dog or puppy, I’m here to provide clear, honest, and practical guidance.
You can choose to book a one-off video consultation or a package of sessions for more ongoing support. Each session is tailored specifically to your dog’s individual temperament, your home environment, and the issues you’re facing — just as if I were working with you in person.
This service is especially helpful for clients I’ve worked with previously in Saigon who wish to continue training or troubleshooting, but it's also open to new clients anywhere in Vietnam (outside of Hanoi) looking for professional, ethical advice.
To learn more or to book a live video session, feel free to contact me directly on WhatsApp or Zalo. I’ll be happy to have a chat and help you find the right solution for your dog.
I look forward to continuing to support dog owners across Vietnam — no matter where you're located.
Live video consultations are via Telegram, Whatsapp or Zalo.
It can help if you have another person available to hold your phone during the live video consult if need be.

Adopted dogs often come with psychological or behavioural issues and can take up to three months to fully settle into their new home. During this critical adjustment period, it is essential to provide the appropriate environment to help them acclimatise.

- 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐭 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞: If your dog exhibits concerning behaviours, no matter how minor they may first appear, such as insecurity, fear, aggression, separation anxiety, hyper-arousal, or other unhealthy behaviours, seek professional assistance promptly. Do not rely solely on love and affection to address these issues.
- 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞: Establish consistent rules and boundaries from the outset. Dogs with psychological or behavioural challenges need structure to build a foundation for psychological stability and good behaviour.
- 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐄𝐬𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Without clear rules and boundaries, psychological and behavioural issues can escalate, causing greater stress for both the owner and the dog. Delaying intervention allows these behaviours to become more ingrained and difficult to address.
- 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: Dogs thrive on structure and build confidence more effectively when they understand their rules and boundaries. This structured approach helps insecure dogs settle in more quickly and comfortably, preventing the exacerbation of existing issues.
- 𝐒𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥: Choose a professional who prioritises your dog's well-being over fulfilling emotional needs. A true professional will assess your dog's overall psychological health and its home environment critically, ensuring the right support for a smooth integration into your family. Beware of individuals who prioritize emotional satisfaction over the genuine needs of your dog.
