With over 44 years of experience in dog training and behaviour, I provide private consultations designed to help you and your dog achieve balance, understanding, and clear communication. Each consultation is tailored to your specific needs, focusing on both the behaviour of your dog and the role you play in shaping it. Whether you’re looking to strengthen obedience, improve behaviour, or build a more harmonious relationship, I offer guidance that is practical, effective, and grounded in real-world experience.
For new puppy owners, I provide comprehensive support in setting the right foundation from day one — helping you establish routines, boundaries, and socialisation skills that promote confidence and stability. A well-guided start leads to a well-balanced, well-behaved dog and a much smoother journey ahead.
My speciality lies in behaviour rehabilitation for dogs with more complex issues such as aggression, reactivity, or anxiety. Using a calm, balanced approach, I work to uncover the underlying causes of behaviour rather than simply managing the symptoms. The goal is lasting change — giving you the tools and understanding to confidently maintain progress long after our sessions are complete.
In-home - Behavioural Consultations
I am available to visit your home and assist with any behavioural concerns you may have with your dog. Common issues addressed include, anxiety, aggression, lead pulling, excessive barking, separation stress, destructive behaviour, jumping up, reactivity, resource guarding, over-excitement, hyper-arousal, and fear or any stress or anxiety related behaviours.
The initial consultation is two hours in duration. This allows sufficient time for a thorough assessment of your dog’s behaviour, their relationship with you and your family, and their responses to visitors and the home environment. Gathering this information is essential in order to identify underlying motivations, triggers, and contributing factors behind your dog’s behaviour.
Following the assessment, Mark will provide clear guidance, practical strategies, and tailored training techniques designed to address the specific issues identified. The goal is to strengthen communication between you and your dog, establish calm and consistent interactions, and support a more balanced and harmonious relationship within your household.

In-home - Puppy Training Package
My 4-lesson home package is for pups 8 to 16 weeks of age, and is designed to help and guide new puppy owners to set the right foundation and initial training to ensure their pup matures into a well-behaved and emotionally and psychological stable dog.
My in-home puppy training package is all about setting your puppy up for long-term success right from the start. Across four personalised lessons, I’ll guide you through everything you need to know to raise a well-behaved, confident, and emotionally balanced dog. The first session runs for 1.5 hours and focuses on building a solid foundation—understanding puppy behaviour, communication, and the key principles behind effective training. We’ll also cover setting up your home environment, establishing routines, and addressing early challenges such as potty training, mouthing, and basic manners.
The following three sessions are one hour each, designed to progress your puppy’s learning as they develop. We’ll work on essential obedience cues, calmness around distractions, leash manners, socialisation skills, and how to prevent unwanted behaviours before they start. Each visit is practical and tailored to your pup’s personality and your household’s unique setup, ensuring the lessons fit naturally into your daily life.
This package costs 3,600,000₫* and includes three months of ongoing support via WhatsApp or Zalo, so you’ll never feel stuck or unsure between sessions. Early training is one of the most important investments you can make in your puppy’s future—it shapes their confidence, strengthens your bond, and sets the tone for a lifetime of good behaviour and trust.
